In October, I’m launching And/And/And, a creative writing group for moms*: a defined space (in digital fabric) and time (in your calendar) with a loosey-goosey interior. This is by design: the needs and desires of our group will shape how our time together unfolds.
Tuesdays, 9:30-11am PST on Zoom // October 5, 12, 19, 26 & Nov 2, 9 // Limited to 8 participants // $399 // REGISTER HERE
This workshop is especially well-suited to those who:
are feeling artistically isolated or depleted;
feel creatively stuck, listless, or lost;
and/or crave an artistic community with other writers who are also mothers.*
If this sounds like you, I hope you’ll consider joining me. More information about what we’ll be reading and writing and talking about during our time together is available on sarahmccoll.com/workshops. Questions? Please email me.
I’ll be back in your inbox in two weeks with a real Lost Art dispatch. Until then, happy new moon.
*To mother is a verb, to bring into being via creative actions that look different to each of us.
p.s. I’ve been gathering some of my thoughts about writing and motherhood on Medium, including an interview with This Jungian Life’s Lisa Marchiano and an essay about the narrative possibilities of happiness, “Are All Happy Families Alike?”
